Stonegate Creations can design, machine, and proof custom split line injection molds for benchtop plastic injectors like the LNS, Emco, AB Machinery, and similar stye vertical machines. We can also make split line molds for horizontal machines like the ASPX-PIM or press frame styles like the Medium Machinery molder.
We can work from a simple sketch to a fully established 3d file. We can even scan your hardcopy model with our industrial grade scanner, then edit the 3d model to your specifications to design the injection mold.
Molds can be made from aluminum or steel, from single to multi-cavity, and with inserts if needed.

Shown below is one the 3 aluminum molds we use to make the GI Joe WHALE reproduction rear vane set, this one being the horizontal vanes with 2 cavities. It has exceeded 700 cycles and still going strong.
