Stonegate Creations can design, machine, and proof custom injection molds for plastic injectors like the APSX-PIM, LNS, Emco, AB Machinery, Medium Machinery and other similar stye machines.
We can work from a simple sketch to a fully established 3d file. We can even scan your hardcopy model with our metrology-grade scanner, then edit the 3d model to your specifications to design the injection mold.
Molds can be made from aluminum or steel, from single to multi-cavity, and with inserts or extractor pins, if needed.

Shown below is one the 3 aluminum molds we use on the Emco benchtop molder to produce the GI Joe WHALE reproduction rear vane set. This is the horizontal vane mold with 2 cavities and it has exceeded 700 cycles and still going strong.
