Our goal is a satisfied customer without any hassle for returns. We stand behind our quality products. These are our terms and conditions for the toy related products and do not apply to custom injection molds. We will provide separate terms and conditions on all custom mold quotes.
A. Returns:
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date for a full refund provided the item is not damaged or missing components.
- Please contact us first with a description of the issue and the item(s) you would like to return before sending anything back to us.
- Custom injection molds are excluded from returns.
B: Quality:
- We will never sell items that we would not use or display on our own toys.
- We use our own toys for fit and function, but unfortunately because of the age of these toys we cannot guarantee a precise fit or exact color match to yours.
- 3d printed items will have visible layer lines and other surface irregularities while injection molded products will have tooling marks, streaking, and edge flash. We do our best to clean these before shipping.
- Due to on-going supply chain interruptions, we may have to use another color filament with our FDM 3d printed items.
- We use brand name paints for the items that are normally painted, and we cannot guarantee a paint match.
C. Shipping:
- Shipping to all US addresses using USPS first class mail. If you are an international buyer, then please contact us with your address and items wanted and we will provide a full quote that includes shipping charges.
- Free shipping for total purchases $45 or more to US address only. You will receive a tracking number to your contact email. Priority Mail will be used for complete orders weighing over 16 oz.
- Back-ordering is enabled, but only complete orders will ship. Please expect at least a week for back-ordered items to ship from time of order.
